Universal for all 3D Tester models
Our spare parts can be used universally for all of our 3D Tester models. Our probe tips have predetermined breaking points to protect the 3D Tester. In the event of a crash, the ceramic part breaks off or the probe tip breaks at the predeterminded breaking point above the ceramic part. The carbide ball ensures precise probing. Each 3D Tester - except for the DREHplus - is supplied with a ceramic probe tip with a ball diameter of 3 mm, Art.no. 00163C003. This, as well as a long probe tip with a ball diameter of 6 mm, art.no. 00163C006, are available as spare parts.
The probe tip of the 3D Tester DREHplus has a patented conical probing corpus. With this, you proce directly on the spindle center both in the X-axis and in the Y-axis.
Important: When changing the probe tip, make sure not to damage the seal! You can find a detailed description in the manual.

Depth extreme with the probe tip Ø56 mm!
The diameter of the probe tip Ø56 mm is bigger than the body of the 3D Tester. This allows probing in almost endless depth and opens up new possibilities. When using slim tool holders to clamp the 3D Tester (diameter smaller than 50 mm), you can extend the depth of probing as deep as you want. Find your workpiece position and check parallelism in almost endless depth. We recommend using this probe only in combination with our SLIMplus models
