Last week, our production team got some new support: Our brand-new vibratory finishing machine has arrived!

What can it do? Quite a lot!

Inside the machine, our components are kept constantly moving through vibration, together with special abrasive media. A bit like a concrete mixer – just much more precise.

The results:

- Sharp edges and burrs are removed.

- Surfaces are smoothed and polished.

- Dirt and contaminants are removed.

- Our components receive a uniform, high-quality finish.

- Many small parts can be processed simultaneously.

And as an added bonus, this process also creates better conditions for subsequent coating or assembly. For us, this means even better surface finishes, optimized processes, and another step towards even higher quality – Made in Urbach! Now we're looking forward to putting our new machine into operation!
