Last week, we had the pleasure of working at Bornemann Gewindetechnik GmbH & Co. KG in Delligsen, where we equipped two exciting machines with our measuring technology.

Machine 1: Custom Thread Manufacturing Machine

For this special application, we developed and installed a customized solution that automatically determines the center of the thread groove. A true custom application – and exactly the kind of engineering challenge we love!

Machine 2: Turning and Milling Center

Our TSCHORN 4.0 technology will now ensure maximum process reliability with:

- Tool length measurement

- Tool breakage detection

- Workpiece measurement

- Horizontal machining
